Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability Identify and address customer needs with a goal to satisfy Respond quickly and accurately to a large volume of customer inquiries Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency Enter orders for retailers with precise attention to detail Handle any arising order issues by effectively liaising with Logistics in-house, 3PL, customers, retail, shipping carriers and inter-company department heads.
Utilize company systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customers account and resolve case creation for order issues.
What you will need:
Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully Ability to work individually and within a team in a fast moving environment Must be highly flexible in handling a wide range of duties and projects simultaneously Effective interpersonal skills, with an outgoing, confident personality Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work under strict timelines Minimum 1-3 years of relevant customer service phone support experience preferred Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Platform, NetSuite, eBay, Walmart Seller portals and Suite process preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
