We run 4-day work weeks with a flex schedule, so if you have Thursdays off this rotation, the next rotation you'll have Friday off.
Depending on the position, you may be asked to work 8:
00 - 12:
00 every other Saturday.
However, if you're looking for overtime, we can generally accommodate that.
-All training is company paid for as well as all certifications -Looking for someone with good mechanical skills, but we also like to train from within, so as long as you have a good work ethic, the desire to learn and are happy with a solid day's work working on various mechanical/construction style problems, you can excel here.
-Come to wok on time, with a good work ethic regarding to speed and quality.
If you feel like you are lacking any of these, please do not apply.
-Previous RV experience is welcome, but not a necessity.
Good mechanical skills are a necessity -Good interpersonal skills as you will be explaining and answering questions with customers on how to use their new RV.
-Small, family company with owners and managers onsite each day, not hundreds of miles away at corporate headquarters.
-If you come in completely green to RVs, you'll start at $17/hr.
Starting pay can increase with prior RV technical experience -We're one of the largest motor home dealers in the Midwest and have been awarded the Top 50 RV Dealer award ever since it's inception in 2008.
