Customer Service and Retail Store Team Member
Team Image Team Image Greenfield, IN Greenfield, IN Full-time Full-time $17 an hour $17 an hour 16 hours ago 16 hours ago 16 hours ago Team Image, a custom apparel and branding company serving schools, teams, businesses, and communities, seeks a full time team member to join our front of the house team assisting customers in store with the additional role of managing inventory and merchandising in our small retail store.
Experience and proactive interest in apparel retail is important.
Located in downtown Greenfield, Indiana, Team Image maintains a retail storefront stocking fanwear for local schools, as well as a selection of samples for sales people to show custom apparel customers.
This position will entail normal customer service duties including answering phones, assisting customers with order pick ups, point of sale transactions, and other general service tasks.
Additionally, inventory management for our small retail store will be the responsibility of this team member.
Our front of the house team includes several other team members working together to help customers on the phone and who walk in.
The position is mostly from a desk and retail counter, with some normal lifting and moving associated with apparel retail.
Reliability important, but we work as a team.
9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Rotating one Saturday per month also required.
