IAF is looking for a passionate, qualified and competent Safety Specialist to join our team.
The Safety Specialist will drive the health and safety culture to the third shift.
This position will work 10:
30pm - 7:
00am starting their workweek on Sunday night.

What we'll do together.
Assists the Safety Department Manager in carrying out all company safety policies and procedures.
Provides technical knowledge and expertise in the operation and support of the institutional health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and national guidelines.
Work will include:
Develop, implement and coordinate safety programs.
Analyze accident, near miss, and safety concerns data to recommend proactive solutions to reduce the frequency and severity of accidents.
Provide technical assistance companywide to all departments on safety.
Conduct periodic surveys and inspections of facilities and equipment to comply with code requirements, identify safety hazards, prevent accidents, and conserve company property.
Develop and deliver safety-training company to all Team Members.
Consult with managers on the existence, utilization and/or operation of personal safety equipment and procedures, noise abatement equipment and procedures, material and safety data sheets, hazardous chemical correction and safety and health programs.
Determines the magnitude of exposure or nuisance to workers and the public; selects and devises methods and instruments suitable for measurements; studies and tests materials associated with the work operation.
Interprets occupational safety and health laws, rules and regulations; determines compliance with safety and health laws; holds conferences with management to discuss identified violations and/or deficiencies and recommends corrections.
Reviews company safety and health programs required by OSHA.
Help other departments as necessary.
And of course, other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring to the team.
Associate's degree in related field and 6-months to one-year of experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job.
