We are searching for hard-working individuals to join our team as Production Workers.
In this role you will come in as an IAF team member to set- up, maintain and run machines, load or upload machines, production operators/workers attend to machines, so they operate correctly and produce the desired results.
Production operators act as quality control when they examine output to ensure what's being made lives up to IAF's Quality standard.
If they notice a defect, production operators must figure out where the error is occurring and correct it so that future batches come out right.
Current openings are primarily on second shift 2:
30pm to 11:
00pm.

00pm Monday- Friday (Sat & Sunday) is based on production needs.
Overtime is required when mandated.
All positions will train on first shift for 2 to 12 weeks depending on what position they are assigned to, before going to the off shift.
We are 24-hour/day operation.
Expecting to fill this role if selected 2 weeks after you are contacted, and have went through our hiring process Starting pay is $19.
00/hour plus shift premium when working those hours:
$1.
00/hour (2nd) = $20.

What we'll do together.
The multi-skilled Production Operators will run the machine(s) that are necessary to apply coatings, torque modifiers and rust preventative coating to parts by performing the required duties, which may include tending to oxidize tanks that produce dark, lusterless, finish on surface of metal screw parts.
The Operator must follow all safety and work policy requirements and must comply with quality and delivery expectations in order to maintain and/or reduce cost.
Work will include:
Operating the machines, including manual mode Use precision measuring equipment.
Match part to design materials and inspect/sort parts.
Perform quality checks and recognize non-conforming parts.
Performs cleaning and organization practices daily in the workplace.
Complete preventative maintenance when scheduled.
Keep up with production demands.
Fill out daily production sheets and non-conformance reporting.
Report any problems to surface treatment production as needed.
Check machine and solution condition.
Handle chemical with proper personal protective equipment and training Must know how to operate control panels.
Ability to change machine solution tank and setting.
Must be able to work and schedule OT as required.
And of course, other duties as assigned.
What you'll need.
Six months related experience and/or training, one-year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
While performing this job, the Team Member will regularly be required to:
Talk or hear.
Stand and use hands, walk, bend, lift, or twist.
Reach with hands and arms.
Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Lift a container of fasteners weighing up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is frequently required to sit; to use their hands to finger, handle, or feel; and to talk or hear.
