The Media Laboratory Technician is responsible for producing and maintaining all media and supply inventories used by the Technical group.
In addition to these responsibilities, technician may be required to perform any additional requests made by their supervisor.

Responsibilities:
Maintain minimum inventory of all specified medias and prepare according to media SOPs/WIs Maintain up to date and accurate records of media and equipment records and deliver to manager Perform all testing and maintain records in accordance with ISO 17025, SQF, ISBOAH FDA form 2400 and GDP SOP (good documentation practices) Perform equipment calibration/verification and document results Assist with dishwashing/housekeeping duties Maintain supply/ ingredient inventory Perform and document cleaning activities as prescribed by Master Sanitation schedule Fulfill any additional requests made by tech groups within 24 hours HACCP - perform & document CCP requirements Job Specifications:
High school Diploma or equivalent Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds Excellent organizational and record keeping skills Be able to work alone or as a team Excellent attendance Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time Good work ethic Excellent multi-tasking abilities Aseptic Technique Job Type:
