Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate sales representative - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with order processing, including taking orders, generating invoices, and tracking shipments - Prepare sales reports and presentations as needed - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends - Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse team - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing sales materials Skills:
