Employment Consultants assist individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment, across a variety of industries from food service and retail to tech and pharmaceutical.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify job interests, skills, and goals;Assist individuals with preparing to enter the workforce;Develop employment opportunities and coordinate job placements;Provide on-the-job training and support;Identify and advocate for accommodations;Establish and maintain rapport with employers and support teams;Complete required reports and documentation.

Bachelor's degree is preferredAssociate degree (or 2 years of credit toward an advanced degree) in human services or closely related discipline is acceptable.
