Our client, located in Greenfield, is looking for exceptional customer service candidates that have a passion for helping people with a great sense of professionalism. Our client offers a great learning environment and an opportunity for direct hire.
This position will assist with specific programs such as, reimbursement hotlines, patient assistance programs, foundations; and safety surveillance programs and compliance programs.
Working hours: must be flexible - able to work schedules between 7AM-8PM
Position responsibilities will include:
--Assist patients and providers to access the programs they need
--Respond to requests from customers, physicians and their staff
--Perform reimbursement support functions as project requirements
Position requirements:
--At least 2 years of consecutive customer service experience
--Fluency in Spanish and English (preferred)
--Strong customer service and communication skills
--Ability to grasp concepts quickly and work within multiple computer systems
--Professionalism and a positive attitude towards their work
--Ability to multi-task and manage workload
--Excellent follow up and attention to detail
--Reliable and able to meet attendance and punctuality requirements of the position
--A passion for healthcare

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
