The Elanco IT eMarketing Support Analyst will support Elanco employees globally for web content management and external promotional materials management.
Brief Job Description:
Manage/troubleshoot user access (document and track initial access requests, answer user questions re: access, triage requests for escalation to technical support, audit access roster).
Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues (triage requests for escalation to technical support, audit activity rosters for appropriateness).
Data migration and testing activities.
Training new users.
Document and track new requests, triage to appropriate support team.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Previous experience providing technical or complex customer service.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
3-5 years experience in supporting globally offered services/technologies.
Demonstrated ability in technical troubleshooting, technical request management, and systems/software development and implementation.
Knowledge of digital applications and related technologies (i.e., DNS, web coding principles, encryption, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to come up the learning curve quickly on new technologies and apply them quickly.
Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, and being an effective team member or business partner.
Strong understanding of Quality Standards and Practices or equivalent procedures.
Experience working with teams across organizational and geographic boundaries and multiple levels in the organization.
Strong teamwork, self-management, problem-solving abilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Persistent attention to detail and a high sense of ownership and commitment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

Additional Preferences:
Multi Lingual
Knowledge of Animal Health industry.
Familiarity with multiple design, construction, version control, and testing tools.
Experience with configuring end-user tools such as LillyNet sites, SharePoint workflow, and InfoPath forms
Previous experience working in a Marketing Organization

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
