DescriptionOUR CLIENT IS ACTIVELY SEARCHING FOR A NUMBER OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - PROGRAM SPECIALIST.

Independently develop standardized new group benefit design requests in the system.
Assist with more complex setups or projects as needed.
Track and report progress to team to ensure deadlines are met.
Perform verification/QA and system testing before implementation and within contractual timeframe agreements.
Provide consultative support to internal & external clients by researching & assisting with resolution of benefit design and claims issues.
Working hours: SHIFT WORK - 7AM-8PM AND SATURDAYS
.College degree preferred/ 3-5 years minimum working experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
